Follow these conditions of acceptance to receive your Building Solutions Residential Builder Rewards:

Please note that qualifying new construction accepted into this program relates to: single-family homes including town-homes, manufactured single-family housing, as well as, multi-family dwellings including duplexes, quad-plexus, and condominium or apartment projects that are three (3) stories or less.

1) Purchase and install three (3) different qualifying CertainTeed product categories per home during the promotion dates of 1/1 – 12/31/23.

3) Include proof of purchase for each product purchased.  Proof of purchase must be received with your completed rebate application to be eligible. Proof of Purchase submitted must clearly show dealer name and location, date of purchase, quantity purchased, and description of items purchased. Acceptable proof of purchase includes invoices, distributor reports, or letter of confirmation along with a closing report. We will not accept order acknowledgments, packing slips, pick tickets, sales quotes, or credit memos as proof of purchase. All proof of purchase for materials purchased in 2023 must be received by 03/01/2024.

4) Program is strictly intended for new construction residential builders.

CertainTeed is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, or misdirected submissions. This offer is only available to customers with mailing addresses in the United States. This offer is void where taxed, restricted, or prohibited by law. Excessive or false submissions constitute fraud and may result in federal prosecution under the U.S. mail fraud statutes (Title 18, USC 1341 and 1342). All submitted materials become property of CertainTeed and will not be returned.

CertainTeed reserves the right to change or discontinue the Building Solutions Residential Builder Program at any time.
