1. CertainTeed reserves the right to audit the submissions at any time for any reason.

2. CertainTeed will have no liability if a file or submission is rejected as non-deliverable for any reason. This promotion is open to legal residents of the continental United States who are 18 years old or reached the age of majority at time of entry. THIS DRAWING IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE AND LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID IN PUERTO RICO, GUAM, THE VIRGIN ISLANDS AND OTHER UNITED STATES TERRITORIES AND WHERE RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY LAW. The Program is subject to all state, federal and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Terms and Conditions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in the Official Rules.

3. Submissions can only be submitted during the promotional period from January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026.   

4. This promotion is not open to builders, home associations, or any other parties not specifically identified in the following sentence. This promotion is strictly for homeowners who installed a CertainTeed roof in calendar year 2026, using a CertainTeed credentialed contractor and have completed the survey found at www.certainteed.com/roofsurvey. Only one entry per residence and per immediate family is permitted. IF MORE THAN ONE ENTRY INTO THE DRAWING IS RECEIVED FROM THE SAME ENTRANT OR FROM THE SAME COMPANY, CERTAINTEED IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION MAY PARTIALLY OR FULLY DISQUALIFY SAID ENTRANT OR ANY POTENTIAL ENTRANTS ASSOCIATED WITH THAT COMPANY.

5. This promotion is void where taxed, restricted, or prohibited by law. Excessive or false submissions constitute fraud and may result in federal prosecution under the U.S. mail and/or wire fraud statutes (Title 18, USC 1341, 1342 and 1343). All submitted materials become property of CertainTeed and will not be returned.

6. CertainTeed reserves the right to change or cancel all or any part of this promotion at any time. Mass entries, automated entries, entries submitted by third parties, and any entries or prize claims that are late, incomplete, fraudulent, illegible, unidentified or delayed will be void. All entries and prize claims are subject to verification. Proof of entry submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Terms and Conditions.

7. CertainTeed reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the promotion and/or promotion website, or acts to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

8. CertainTeed will award one (1) $500 Visa gift card to two (2) different entrants.  A random drawing for the gift cards will take place on or before January 31, 2027 and the winners will be notified on or before February 28, 2027. To obtain the names of prize winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to CertainTeed, P.O. Box 20126, Lehigh Valley, PA 18002, Attn.: Customer TrackRecord™.

9. CertainTeed and its authorized agents will collect, use, and disclose the personal information you provide when you enter the promotion for the purposes of administering the promotion and prize fulfillment.  You may be (optionally) offered the opportunity to receive additional communications from CertainTeed about its products, events, information and upcoming promotions.  

10. By submitting a survey the entrant is giving CertainTeed permission to publish the entrant’s comments and ratings of the contractor.

11. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR CONSIDERATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  ALL ENTRIES INTO THE DRAWING HAVE AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING DEPENDS ON THE NUMBER OF ENTRANTS.  A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR CONSIDERATION WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

12. Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of CertainTeed, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the drawing. These Official Terms and Conditions, together with CertainTeed’s terms of use and privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between CertainTeed and Entrant with respect to the drawing, including the prizes, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral or written, between CertainTeed and entrant with respect to the drawing.

By accepting a prize, winner agrees to CertainTeed’s use of his/her name, city of residence, picture, biographical information, statements, voice and likeness in any advertising and publicity CertainTeed and its respective successors, assigns and licensees may conduct relating to the promotion in any media or format, whether now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, at any time or times in perpetuity, without further compensation or notice, and hereby releases CertainTeed and its affiliates from any liability with respect thereto, and may be required to further agree to such use.
